BJJ Online Summit Offers Unique Opportunity to Learn While in Quarantine

The BJJ Online Summit, an 8 day online grappling conference, has been announced for the week of 4/21. As far as we can tell, this is the first ever event of its kind.

Undoubtedly, most grapplers are struggling with the pandemic’s effects on their training. Maybe they have tried some solo drilling, built a grappling dummy, or completed some bodyweight exercises. Now they can sign up for the BJJ Online Summit.

The BJJ Online Summit has secured some well known conceptual minds in BJJ, including Rob Biernacki, Jon Thomas, Rory Van Vleet, and the Kwan brothers of BJJ Mental Models. Registration is free, and videos will be recorded if you can’t make the broadcast time.

Subjects will be highly relevant toward the current COVID-19 pandemic with virtually all grapplers lacking a place to train. The topics will cover how to return from a layoff, how to structure classes during COVID-19, and how to make the best use of your time in quarantine.

There will also be courses on nutrition, takedowns, gameplan building, and more.

The event has been organized by BJJ Motivation.
