Atos representative Josh Hinger used expertly-applied pressure to secure a dominant win in the main event. For the better part of his match with Rafael Formiga, Hinger held a deep underhook while pinning Formiga’s shoulder’s to the mat, constantly threatening a knee-slide pressure pass. For minutes on end, Hinger worked from 3/4 mount attempting to free his foot, forcing Formiga to be strictly defensive for essentially the entire match.

In the co-main event, GF Team’s Max Gimenis extended his win streak with a dominant decision win over accomplished heavyweight Guilherme Augusto. The match was largely one-way traffic, as Gimenis found success attacking both from his back, as well as top position.

Jonnatas Gracie made it 2-0 for Atos black belts, as his guard proved much too tricky for Matheus Luna. Gracie attacked early and often from his back, using a grip on Luna’s pant to force Luna on the defensive while threatening sweeps. Gracie also attacked a pair of deep armbars, including one later in the match from closed guard.

The promotion returns on Saturday, April 24 with Fight to Win 171 live from Miami, FL.
