Gordon Ryan Had a Broken Hand Before ADCC

Gordon Ryan revealed today on instagram that he had a broken hand before this year’s ADCC. Considering he won in spectacular fashion, submitting six of his eight opponents, Ryan continues to become even more impressive.

Just had a visit with @karim.wahib @ouchmedical to look at my hand. X-ray shows i had a broken hand before ADCC ????. You losers couldnt beat me with a broken hand and a broken leg. Fucking pathetic ????????????. Mri coming in sometime this or next week to see if anything is torn. Thanks @ouchmedical for always taking care of me.

I mean, he may be cocky, and call him what you like, but he’s not wrong. Broken hand or no broken hand, Gordon continues to work on his game after ADCC. His next project is an in-depth ADCC analysis, discussing the systems he uses and how he puts them into motion.
