ener and Eve Torres Gracie offered a free two-hour self-defense seminar for Gracie University via Zoom on Sunday, November 2020. They designed it with the beginner in mind so consequently, no experience is required. They did not even require a partner nor any equipment. Here’s a recap of the techniques and concepts they shared.
