Video: John Danaher shows you how to fix your armbar game

Thank god for YouTube and the wealth of great grappling content that is now freely available online.

Not too long ago the secrets of the blue basement in the Renzo Gracie academy were tightly guarded, but the good people over at BJJ Fanatics have convinced John Danaher to releases his systems online.

In the latest, and final iteration of the Enter the System series, Danaher has tackled the elusive juji gatame and how it can still be applied at the highest levels of BJJ. Danaher’s students have been hitting armbars for the last few years to great success and many have managed to amalgamate the triangle system with an aggressive armbar game, so It’ll be interesting to see how the DVD links everything together.
