Polaris 9 in nearly upon us and as per tradition, the Polaris boys have provided us with some quality content.

The Polaris Prologue is the promotion’s answer to the UFC Embedded series and in all honestly it’s much more fun to watch. In this episode we catch up with Gezary Matuda and her strength and conditioning coach, before we get to see Ffion Davies training hard with Tom Halpin.
