Fight to Win 168 Results & Highlights: Nathiely De Jesus Submits Kendall Reusing

Fight to Win 168 on March 27 was the promotion’s third all-female fight night. In the main event, Nathiely De Jesus, fresh off her victory over Gabi Garcia, further established herself as the best pound-for-pound female grappler on the planet with a submission win over Kendall Reusing. And in the co-main event, former Fight to Win champion Maria Malyjasiak earned a close decision win over Hannette Staack.

De Jesus controlled the pace of the match with Reusing from the beginning, threatening sweeps and attack from her back. Eventually, De Jesus was able to achieve cross collar grips in the turtle position and hold onto those grips as she took Reusing’s back and adjusted for a classic cross-collar choke finish from the back.

Lower on the card, five-time world champion Luiza Monteiro earned submission of the night honors with a beautiful kneebar on Vedha Toscano. Check out Monteiro’s handiwork, as well as other highlights from the event, below.
