Watch Ashton Kutcher Train BJJ With UFC Fighter Paulo Costa

Ashton Kutcher has been spotted training with high-level athletes again, this time he’s been getting in some training time with UFC Middleweight Contender Paulo Costa. It wasn’t all that long ago that Kutcher was awarded his Brown Belt in BJJ, courtesy of his long-time mentor, Rigan Machado, who is quite commonly known in celebrity circles as he has trained dozens of celebrities over the years and has even devised a method of teaching them BJJ without having them go through tough competitive sparring on a regular basis. The method that he devised is something that he now refers to as “Flow Jiu Jitsu”.

Kutcher appears to be one of the exceptions to this however as Machado has often mentioned his high-school wrestling background and he was even seen a while ago training with one of the best grapplers on the planet, Craig Jones. Many fans across the world were surprised with Kutcher’s Jiu-Jitsu given that he’s a celebrity and there has long been the thought that celebrities in BJJ may not be up to the same standard as us regular folk.

Of course, in the latest video of Ashton Kutcher training, his partner is no slouch either as Paulo Costa is a black belt in BJJ and currently the number 2 ranked Middleweight in the UFC. The training session recorded above also included Andre Lima and the legendary Wallid Ismael as the group met Rigan Machado’s Beverly Hills Academy. The video was then uploaded by Andre Lima’s official YouTube Channel.
