Breaking: Dillon Danis Pulls out of ADCC, to be Replaced by Dan Martinez (Updated)

Another day, another pull-out. It wouldn’t be ADCC week without some last minute withdrawals and today’s loss is Dillon Danis.

It isn’t known why Danis has pulled out, but Flograppling.com reported it earlier today.

Danis has been focused on MMA, so it makes sense that if he has a niggling injury he won’t risk it. He joins Keenan Cornelius as the most high-profile pull-out to date.

ADCC seemed miffed at this last-minute change, posting a “Bye Felicia” meme to its Instagram account:

Dan Martinez will replace Danis. Martinez was runner-up to our own Alec Baulding at the 2018 ADCC trials.
